To qualify, items must be returned with proof of purchase, unused, and in original condition. Some exclusions apply.
Prescription medications, vaccines, and items marked Final Sale or No Returns are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous material fees, and drop-ship fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or a manufacturer defect.
Items showing signs of use are not eligible for refund unless they are defective or not functioning properly.
